Dai-Ichi Karkaria has entered into an Agreement for Sale (AFS) with Gera Developments, Pune in respect of sale of Land Parcel of its undertaking situated at Mumbai-Pune Road, P.O. Kasarwadi Pune.
The consideration to be received from the sale is Rs 153.50 crore (The consideration disclosed in earlier announcement was Rs 158.25 crore and after, further negotiation between the parties, the consideration has been revised to Rs 153.50 crore). The completion of Sale depends on fulfillment of certain conditions precedent. Thus, expected date of completion of Sale is not envisaged at this stage.
Dai-Ichi Karkaria is engaged in the development and manufacture of high performance specialty chemicals.
