Natco Pharma gains as its arm enters into settlement agreement with Celgene

Natco Pharma is currently trading at Rs. 683.15, up by 5.65 points or 0.83% from its previous closing of Rs. 677.50 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 674.70 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 684.85 and Rs. 671.05 respectively. So far 8190 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 737.80 on 10-Feb-2020 and a 52 week low of Rs. 450.00 on 25-Mar-2020.

Natco Pharma’s subsidiary -- Natco Pharma (Canada) Inc., has entered into a settlement agreement with Celgene (now part of Bristol-Myers Squibb) for the product Lenalidomide Capsules in Canada. The terms of the agreement are confidential as per the agreement.

Natco Pharma was promoted as a private company to be in the business of research, developing, manufacturing and marketing of pharmaceutical substances and finished dosage forms for Indian and International markets.
