Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Gujarat State Fertilizers & Chemicals has informed that the Company/ RTA had on 13th July, 2020 received request/s from the Shareholder/s regarding loss of their Share Certificate/s. In response to their request/s, Company/ RTA had informed them the necessary procedure. Upon receipt of the relevant papers and valid documents, Duplicate Share Certificates will be issued within statutory time limit from the date of receipt of the valid documents.
