In continuation letter no. SEC: 029:20-21/SS dated 28th June 2020, Sundaram Finance informed that the Notice of the 67th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to the Members of the company through electronic mode on 29th June 2020. Subsequently, two typographical errors were observed in the Ordinary Resolution and related Explanatory Statement pertaining to Agenda Item Number 6. The same have been rectified suitably. This Corrigendum and the revised AGM Notice duly corrected are (enclosed) being sent to all shareholders.
