Pioneer Distilleries has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 23rd July 2020 to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and three months ended 30th June 2020. The decision of the Board will be intimated soon after the conclusion of the said Meeting. The above intimation is pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with the SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CMD1/CIR/P/2020/63 dated April 17, 2020.
