Further, pursuant to Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor & Trading by Insider as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 trading Window of the Company is closed from Tuesday 7th April, 2020 and shall reopen 48 hours after the said financial results becomes generally available, after its disclosure to the respective Stock Exchanges.
