Capri Global Capital gains on raising Rs 50 crore through NCDs

Capri Global Capital is currently trading at Rs. 170.00, up by 1.45 points or 0.86% from its previous closing of Rs. 168.55 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 169.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 171.00 and Rs. 165.20 respectively. So far 38043 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 230.00 on 14-Feb-2020 and a 52 week low of Rs. 115.00 on 13-Apr-2020.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 175.00 and Rs. 165.20 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 2950.15 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 74.94%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 3.25% and 21.81% respectively.

Capri Global Capital has raised an amount of Rs 50 crore through an allotment of 500 Rated, Listed, Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of the face value of Rs 1,000,000 each on Private Placement basis on July 16, 2020.
