Further, informed that in accordance with code of conduct to regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons of the Company pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, the Trading Window of the Company is already closed from 1st April, 2020 and shall reopen 48 hours after the conclusion of the Board Meeting.
