LT Foods has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, July 30 2020 at 02.00 pm at the Corporate Office of the Company at 4th Floor, MVL-I Park, Sector-15, Gurugram-122001 through audio visual means or video conferencing to consider, approve and take on record the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2020. Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed till Saturday, 01st August, 2020. Accordingly, all Directors, Designated employees, Insiders and their immediate relatives are being intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
