Astra Microwave Products has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today July 22, 2020, has taken the following decisions - 29th Annual General Meeting: The Board approved that the 29th Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Company be held on Wednesday, September 9, 2020 at 3.00 pm through electronic mode (Video conference or other audio-visual means); Closure of Register of Members and Share Transfer Books: Pursuant to Regulations 42 of the Listing Regulations, the Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from Thursday, September 3, 2020 to Wednesday, September 9, 2020 for taking record of the members of the Company for the purpose of payment of dividend for the financial year 2019-20.
