Newgen Software Technologies has reported results for first quarter ended June 30, 2020.

The company has reported 4 -fold jumps in its net profit of Rs 7.18 crore for the quarter under review as against Rs 1.71 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company decreased 0.35% at Rs 116.09 crore for Q1FY21 as compared Rs 116.50 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On the consolidated basis, the company has reported over 2- fold jumps in its net profit attributable to shareholders at Rs 9.12 crore for the quarter under review as against Rs 3.08 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 1.58% at Rs 136.04 crore for Q1FY21 as compared Rs 133.92 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
