Arvind Fashions has raised Rs 399.79 crore through rights issue and allotted 3,99,79,347 fully paid up rights equity share of face value of Rs 4 each at a price of Rs 100 per rights equity share including a share premium of Rs 96 per rights equity share. The Committee of Directors at its meeting held on July 24, 2020, approved and allotted the same.
