Hindustan Media Ventures’ board has approved the investment upto Rs 4.5 crore in Parijat Innovations, in one or more tranches, by subscribing to its Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares (CCPS). Parijat Innovations operates www.Hubhopper.com, a content based social platform for podcast content creation, aggregation and distribution. The Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on July 27, 2020, has approved the same.
