In terms of Regulation 29(1)(a) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations,2015 (the Regulations), United Breweries has informed that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 14, 2020 to consider the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2020. As per Code of Conduct adopted by the Company in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window continues to remain closed for the Company’s Directors and employees from July 23, 2020 to August 16, 2020. Earlier the trading window was closed from March 31, 2020 to July 02, 2020. The company has arranged to issue public Notice of Board Meeting in Newspapers in terms of the Regulations. The company shall arrange to notify the Exchanges about the decision taken at the Meeting immediately after its conclusion.
