Birlasoft has informed that, pursuant to the approval of the ‘Birlasoft Share Incentive Plan-2019’ (Plan) by the Board of Directors on August 12, 2019 and by the members of the Company through postal ballot dated October 3, 2019, the NRC, has passed a Circular Resolution on July 31, 2020, and has approved the grant of 1,51,000 Options to the Eligible Employee(s) of the Company. Further, the Vesting Period/ criteria and the Grant Price for the above grants shall be Rs 115.20 for the Options, as has been determined by the NRC in accordance with the terms of the Plan. Lastly, each Option shall carry the right to be converted into one Share.
