With reference to the communication dated July 30, 2019, in respect of reappointment of Nitin Sanghavi (DIN: 00863107) as an Independent Director of the Company, Shoppers Stop has informed that second term of Nitin Sanghavi as an Independent Director of the Company has come to an end on July 31, 2020, in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and consequently Sanghavi ceased to be the Director of the Company, effective said date.
