In furtherance to letter dated 31st July, 2020 and pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III Part A-Para A-Clause (7B) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Olympic Cards has informed that S.Amuthakumar (DIN:03139309), an Independent Director of the Company has submitted his resignation with effect from before commencement of the Board Meeting on 31.07.2020. In his resignation, he has stated the reason for resigning is, due to increase in his professional works leaving less time for him to continue on the Board. He has also confirmed that there is no other material reason other than what is stated in his resignation.
