UPL has reported results for first quarter ended June 30, 2020.
The company has reported 11- fold jumps in its net profit of Rs 149 crore for the quarter under review as against net profit of Rs 13 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased 14.12% at Rs 2691 crore for Q1FY21 as compared Rs 2358 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
On the consolidated basis, the company has reported 93.33% rise in its net profit attributable to equity holder at Rs 551 crore for the quarter under review as against net profit of Rs 285 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company decreased by 0.57% at Rs 7900 crore for Q1FY21 as compared Rs 7945 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
