Physical Rubber prices witness improvement on Monday

Physical Rubber prices showed improvement on Monday on account of good demand from domestic buyers against ongoing supply crunch in the market. Further, firm trend overseas on expectations of a rise in global consumption too added support to rubber prices. Spot prices for RSS-4 variety gained to 132/ kg compared to its previous closing of Rs 131/ kg; while the RSS-5 variety jumped to 129/ kg compared to its previous closing of Rs 128/ kg.
