FIIs stood as net buyers in equities as per August 04 data: NSDL

04 Aug 2020 Evaluate

The FIIs as per Tuesday’s data were net buyers in equity, while they were net sellers in debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.

In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 13432.48 crore against gross selling of Rs 5908.35 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 7524.13 crore in equities.

In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 35.00 crore with gross sales of Rs 242.99 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 207.99 crore in debt.

In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 2.35 crore against gross selling of Rs 2.96 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 0.61 crore in hybrid segment.
