FIIs stood as net sellers in equities as per August 06 data: NSDL

06 Aug 2020 Evaluate

The FIIs as per Thursday’s data were net sellers in equity segment and debt segment both, according to data released by the NSDL.

In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 5981.80 crore against gross selling of Rs 6200.66 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 218.86 crore in equities.

In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 1131.67 crore with gross sales of Rs 1455.52 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 323.85 crore in debt.

In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 224.34 crore against gross selling of Rs 9.22 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 215.12 crore in hybrid segment.
