Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR), 2015, it has informed that Sujit Sarkar shall demit his office of Independent Director with effect from 24th September, 2020 upon completion of his 5 years term as an independent director. Sujit Sarkar did not wanted to be reappointed due to his falling health. He has confirmed that there is no material reason for demitting his office as a director of the company.
