Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company enclosed the Statement in the prescribed format showing the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2020 along with the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors thereof. The aforesaid meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 12.15 pm and concluded at 01.50 pm.
