FIIs stood as net buyers in equities as per August 14 data: NSDL

14 Aug 2020 Evaluate

The FIIs as per Friday’s data were net buyers in equity segment and debt segment both, according to data released by the NSDL.

In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 4552.48 crore against gross selling of Rs 4055.56 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 496.92 crore in equities.

In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 888.14 crore with gross sales of Rs 297.44 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 590.70 crore in debt.

In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 10.13 crore against gross selling of Rs 25.02 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 14.89 crore in hybrid segment.
