Aarti Drugs has informed that the Board Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 20, 2020 to consider a proposal for issue of Bonus Shares. In pursuant to provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, read with Company’s Code on prohibition of Insider Trading, the Company is closing the ‘Trading Window’ with immediate effect and it will remain closed until August 22, 2020 for the aforesaid purpose.
