NMDC has raised Rs 523.80 crore via Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) and approved allotment of Unsecured, Non-cumulative, Non-convertible, Redeemable, Taxable, Bonds of Rs 10,00,000 each (Series I-2020) in the nature of Debentures at an interest rate of 7.30% per annum , on Private Placement basis. The Debenture Committee of the Board of the company on August 28, 2020 has approved allotment of the same.
NMDC is a state-controlled mineral producer of the Government of India. It is fully owned by the Government of India and is under administrative control of the Ministry of Steel.
