In accordance with Section 124 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016, as amended from time to time, Bhansali Engineering Polymers has informed that it has published advertisements in Business Standard (English) and Mumbai Laskhadeep (Marathi) on 29th August, 2020, requesting the concerned shareholders to take appropriate action to claim their dividend, which has not been claimed by them for seven consecutive years (FY 2012-13 onwards), failing which such unclaimed dividend and the shares on which such dividend remains unclaimed will become liable to be transferred to the Demat account of IEPF Authority. Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 47 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, attached are the clippings of the above mentioned publications.
