Accelya Kale Solutions has received in-principle approval to formulate Scheme of Amalgamation of Zero Octa Selective Sourcing India and Zero Octa Recruitment & Training (India), the wholly owned subsidiaries of the Company, with itself.
The board at its meeting held on October 10, 2012 has approved the same.
