Futures & Options (F&O) total turnover stood at Rs 23,48,238.21 crore on August 31 and the total number of contracts traded on the day were 3,26,33,349.

Of the total turnover, Index Futures contributed Rs 59,296.00 crore, Stock Futures Rs 87,980.48 crore and Index Options Rs 20,94,649.77 crore, while the contribution of the Stock Options was of Rs 1,06,311.96 crore.

For the day, the total F&O Put Call ratio stood 1.12, while Index Options Put Call ratio was 1.16 and that of Stock Options was 0.56.
