Further, in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed from 01 July 2020 and would remain closed till 09 September 2020, for the purpose of declaration of the above financial results of the Company.
