Paisalo Digital has raised Rs 20 crore through Secured Rated Listed Redeemable Non Convertible Debentures (NCDs) and allotted 9.50% NCDs of the face value of Rs 10 lakh each on Private Placement basis. The said NCDs will be listed on the Wholesale Debt Market segment of BSE.
