Fredun Pharmaceuticals has informed that the 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, September 28, 2020 at 11:00 AM through video conferencing (VC)/ other audio visual means. Pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Regulation 42 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015; the Company hereby informs that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from Tuesday, September 22, 2020 to Monday, September 28, 2020 for the purpose of the AGM. It is further informed that the cut-off dates for the purpose of e-voting and voting facilities to the Members in respect to the items of Business to be transacted at the ensuing 33rd AGM of the Company shall be Monday, September 21, 2020. The remote e-voting will commence from Friday, September 25, 2020 at 9:00 am and will end on Sunday, September 27, 2020 at 5:00 pm .
