The FIIs as per Friday’s data were net buyers in equity, while they were net sellers in debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 7195.80 crore against gross selling of Rs 5763.21 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 1432.59 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 433.93 crore with gross sales of Rs 1754.81 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 1320.88 crore in debt.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 2.36 crore against gross selling of Rs 4.00 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 1.64 crore in hybrid segment.
