In continuation to its letter dated 24th August 2020 informing outcome of the Board Meeting held on 24th August 2020 which was adjourned to 28th August 2020, Suzlon Energy has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company, at the adjourned meeting held on 28th August 2020 (which commenced at 7.30 pm and concluded at 8.30 pm), has approved the Un-audited Limited Reviewed Financial Results of the Company on standalone and consolidated basis for the quarter ended on 30th June 2020. Further the company has enclosed a copy of the said results and the copy of the Limited Review Reports (standalone and consolidated) dated 28th August 2020. Also enclosed the copy of press release and copy of the presentation in this regard, which are also available on the website of the Company (www.suzlon.com). This is for the information as also for the information of the members and the public at large.
