Ritesh International has informed that the company is availing the exemption under Regulation 15(2) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, for the Regulations including but not limited to the submission of Annual Secretarial Compliance Report (under Regulation 24A read with SEBI CIRCULAR CIR/CFD/CMD1/27/2019), for the Financial Year 2020-21 as the company fits the criteria for availing the abovementioned exemption. Accordingly, with respect to the provisions of Regulation 15(2) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Regulations 17, 17A, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 24A, 25, 26, 27 and clauses (b) to (i) of sub-regulation (2) of regulation 46 and para C, D and E of Schedule V would not be applicable to the company for the Financial Year 2020-21.
