Humming Bird Education has informed that pursuant to Article 220A of the Articles of Association of the Company and rules framed there under and approved by the Board of Directors of the Company, every shareholder who wants to waive/ forgo the right or entitlement to receive dividend in respect of any financial year, can do so by giving written confirmation for waive off/ forgo their right to receive divided. The Company has received written confirmation from the shareholders of promoters group for waive off/ forgo their right to receive dividend as recommended by the Board of Director in their meeting held on 01st September, 2020, if approved by the members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
