Further to its Board meeting intimation dated 24th August, 2020, Decipher Labs has informed that the Board of Directors at their concluded meeting, approved the following: The 34th Annual General Meeting of the Company for the year 2019-2020 will be held on 29th September, 2020, approved the Notice, Directors Report and Annexures thereof for the 34th Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) of the Company and the Share transfer Books and the Register of Members for the ensuing AGM will be closed from 24th September, 2020 to 29th September, 2020.
