Jubilant Industries has received approval from board for sale of the land and building of the manufacturing unit situated at Nira, Pune for a consideration of Rs 12.35 crore and the plant and machinery of the Undertaking for a consideration of Rs 95 lakh to Jubilant Life Sciences. The Board of Directors of the company in its meeting held on September 3, 2020, has approved the same.

Jubilant Industries is the flagship Company of Agri and Performance Polymers business of the Jubilant Bhartia group.
