Bodhtree Consulting has received an approval to raise the funds up to Rs. 525 lakh by way of Issue of Equity shares on preferential basis to the Identified Investors. The board of the company has called an extra-ordinary general meeting of shareholders on November 5, 2012 to consider the issue.
