Further, pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company is under closure for Designated Persons (including their immediate relatives) from Wednesday, 1st July, 2020 and the same would remain closed till the announcement of the financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2020. The window will open 48 hours after the announcement of results.
