7Seas Entertainment has informed that due to certain unavoidable (COVID-19) circumstances the 29th Annual General Meeting (AGM) which was earlier scheduled to be held on September 28, 2020, stands cancelled. A new date will be announced in due course. Cancelling the closure of Register of Members and Share Transfer Books, which was scheduled from 21st September 2020 to 28th September 2020 for determining the eligibility of shareholders for Annual General Meeting. The new book closure dates will be announced in due course.
