Sequent Scientific has informed that the company on October 10, 2012, has allotted 10,00,000 fully paid equity shares of Rs. 10 each against conversion of 10,00,000 warrants at a price of Rs. 120.75. Consequent to the allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the company has increased from Rs. 219,351,910 consisting of 2,19,35,191 equity shares of Rs. 10 each to Rs. 229,351,910 consisting of 2,29,35,191 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.
