Rohit Ferro-Tech has informed that pursuant to Regulation 29(1) read with Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Resolution Professional with Directors and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 15th September, 2020, to consider and approve, among other matters, the Unaudited Financial Results, both on standalone and consolidated basis for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2020. Further, as informed earlier vide its letter dated 30th June, 2020, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives covered under the Code of Conduct of the Company adopted under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2020.
