JSW Steel reports 5% rise in crude steel production in August 2020

JSW Steel has reported crude steel production of 13.17 lakh tonnes for August 2020, registering rise of 5% over 12.53 lakh tonnes in August 2019. Out of the total output, the production of rolled products (flat) stood at 9.80 lakh tonnes and the production of rolled products (long) stood at 2.32 lakh tonnes for the month of August 2020.

JSW Steel is one of the largest steel manufacturing companies in India having units in Karnataka and Maharashtra producing crude steel, long steel and flat steel products.
