Spandana Sphoorty Financial has raised Rs 25 crore through allotment of 14% Rated, Listed, Secured, Senior, Redeemable, Transferable, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of the face value of Rs 10 lakh each to Incred Capital Financial on a private placement basis. The Management Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting on September 8, 2020 has approved the allotment of the same.
