HCL Technologies gains on setting up first development centre in Sri Lanka

HCL Technologies is currently trading at Rs. 725.45, up by 0.40 points or 0.06% from its previous closing of Rs. 725.05 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 715.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 728.80 and Rs. 710.30 respectively. So far 104928 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 738.80 on 08-Sep-2020 and a 52 week low of Rs. 375.50 on 19-Mar-2020.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 738.80 and Rs. 689.40 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 195628.12 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 60.33% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 35.63% and 4.00% respectively.

HCL Technologies has set up its first development centre in Sri Lanka. HCL’s presence in Sri Lanka would help in empowering the youth through the creation of jobs and enabling the transfer of knowledge and skills. HCL joined hands with Sri Lanka in February this year to launch its local entity - HCL Technologies Lanka and set up its first delivery centre in the region.
