Ajel has informed that due date of convening the AGM is 30th September but it is not feasible for the company to convene the Annual General Meeting for the financial year 2019-20 on or before 30th September, 2020 due to spread of Covid-19 Pandemic and the nationwide lockdown since 24th March, 2020 which continued till August 2020 leading to non-Completion of Audit of Branch & Step Subsidiary located in USA & non-completion of consolidation of Accounts of Ajel. In lieu of this Company has decided to obtain extension of three months from the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra for convening the Annual General Meeting of the company for the FY 2019-20. However, the company would make best of its efforts to conduct the Annual General Meeting at the earliest.
