Gruh Finance has reported results for second quarter ended September 30, 2012.
The company has posted a rise of 30.07% in its net profit at Rs 27.21 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2012 as compared to Rs 20.92 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income has increased by 28.26% at Rs 156.98 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 122.39 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2011.
Gruh Finance is primarily engaged in the business of providing long term finance to individuals for construction, purchase, extension, repair and renovation of their homes. It also provides loans to professionals for office premises.
