Wipro has entered into partnership with and ProcessMaker, a US-based software company and low-code workflow automation platform, for delivering innovative workflow management to Wipro’s customers in Latin America. This collaboration will leverage Wipro’s proprietary technology platform iCaaS (Intelligent Content as a Service) along with ProcessMaker’s Workflow automation platform to deliver Cognitive Content Automation solutions to customers.

Adani Enterprises’ step down subsidiary -- Adani Land Defence Systems and Technologies has acquired 51% Equity Shares of PLR Systems from Fouraces Systems India on September 10, 2020. Through the acquisition of a majority stake in PLR, Adani and IWI (existing shareholder in PLR) shall be able to manufactured defence equipment to the 1.2 million army personnel and an equal number of para-military forces and state police forces and shall help achieve self-reliance aligned to the Make in India and Atma-Nirbhar Bharat initiative.

MOIL is working on multiple new projects worth cumulatively Rs 581 crore at its mines in Madhya Pradesh (MP) and Maharashtra. The company is aiming to complete these projects by August 2021. At Munsar mine in Maharashtra, the company is setting up a new vertical shaft at a depth of 160 metres at a capital cost of Rs 51.32 crore. The scheduled completion of the work was in April 2020. However, the work is in progress and the completion of the project shall be in November 2020. Another project of Rs 77.15 crore for setting up a sinking vertical shaft at a depth of 324 metres is going on at the company's Ukwa mine in Madhya Pradesh.
