Brightcom Group has clarified and reassured the investor community following the emails and queries that the Company has received after the recent investor conference call on Saturday. The current status of the ongoing 'line of credit' application process is as follows: The Company already has an in-principle approval from the lending agency, the Company has completed providing all details and documentation towards the due diligence requests, in addition, the lending agency's syndicate partners have evaluated the process, interestingly and welcomingly some of the syndicate partners were interested and have shown keen interest to participate alongside the nodal lender, the LOIs from their syndicate partners are expected soon and legal agreements are to be drawn up before the final line is in place.
